I came in with my Great Dane Nori for an urgent visit. The staff are always so nice and accommodating but they went above and beyond to make sure we had as little contact with other dogs as possible because my girl can get nervous around them. They took the time to thoroughly exam her and answer all of my questions setting up a treatment plan. Not to mention that the room was nice and spacious to accommodate such a giant dog. Thanks again guys! I’ll see you in 2 weeks.
I came in to get a stray cat checked out. The male vet we had see us was very thorough and took time with us. He was very efficient and so was the vet tech. I go here for my special needs cats (one has 1 eye, and the other has no eyes) and I also brought my older lab in after hours with an emergency. I love this place and it isn't even the closest vet to me. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate, kind, and thorough staff. 10 stars!
We had a wonderful visit May 22, 2025. We brought our new puppy to the Wildwood location. We were greeted by a very friendly staff when we arrived. Kyla, the Vet Tech, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Mercer was wonderful. She explained so much to us about how to handle our new puppy and gave us some great tips. She called today with the test results and spent a few minutes on the phone with me. I highly recommend Fox Creek.
The staff is amazing !! Arlene took extra special care of my mini min-pin Toot, which is a complete piranha when it comes to getting nails trimmed. lol She assured me Toot was in good hands. We also had an emergency with our 110 pound chocolate lab Murphy and they got him in right away. They will always get 5 stars from me. Highly recommend them ❤️
This was my first experience with Fox Creek veterinary services, and I was impressed. More than the extremely thorough examination of my dog, it was the kindness and understanding during the exam that put my mind at ease.
