Associate Veterinarian – Founding Team Opportunity
Location: Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Creve Coeur, MO
Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital Creve Coeur is growing, and we’re looking to add full-time or part-time veterinarians to help launch our newest hospital. All four hospitals are part of the same close-knit, St. Louis-metro team of full-service companion animal general practices. This role is built around flexibility: full-time or part-time, on a schedule that works for you.
The Details:
- Compensation: Flexible pay models, including salary, hourly, or ProSal with no negative accrual, with earning potential depending on schedule and experience.
- Bonus: Sign-on bonus available, commensurate with experience and schedule preference
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time, with 6- or 12-hour shift options (8:00am to 2:00pm, 2:00pm to 8:00pm, or 8:00am to 8:00pm)
- Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday – 8 am to 8 pm
Job Responsibilities: As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll be practicing general medicine and surgery, with confidence in procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, along with exposure to urgent care cases. Because this hospital is new, you’ll also have a hand in shaping day-to-day protocols and case management as the practice gets its footing. The role calls for strong communication skills, a compassionate approach with clients, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the care team.

Because this role is built around flexibility, we welcome candidates across a range of experience levels and schedule needs, from a doctor seeking a traditional full-time role to one looking for a part-time schedule that fits around other commitments.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active Missouri veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to work general practice and urgent care hours, including weekends
