Associate Veterinarian – Flexible Schedule Opportunity
Location: Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Kirkwood, MO
Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Kirkwood is growing, and we’re looking to add a full-time or part-time veterinarian to our team. All three hospitals are part of the same close-knit, St. Louis-metro team of full-service companion animal general practices. This role is built around flexibility: full-time or part-time, at one location or split across multiple, on a schedule that works for you.
What to Expect:
- Compensation: Flexible compensation designed around what matters most to you and your desired schedule, including base salary, hourly, or tier-based production options.
- Bonus: Sign-on bonus available, commensurate with experience and schedule preference.
- Schedule: Flexible, full-time or part-time available. Choose from 6- or 12-hour shift options, with the ability to float between our Kirkwood, Wildwood, and Manchester locations. Weekend and urgent care shift rotation expected, with no overnight or on-call responsibilities
- Hours of Operation: Monday to Sunday – 8 AM to 8 PM
Job Responsibilities: As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll be practicing general medicine and surgery, with confidence in procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, along with exposure to urgent care cases. The role calls for strong communication skills, a compassionate approach with clients, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the care team.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
- Active Missouri veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to float between locations and work urgent care hours, including weekends
