Absolutely love this vet and cannot say enough good things about how amazing the staff and facility is! We have an almost 17-year-old senior cat, Tadpole. He has severe arthritis and resultant constipation that requires fairly regular enemas to keep him healthy. It's almost usually urgent because he's so uncomfortable after a couple days. We have been here twice and couldn't be happier with the quick response and tending to him immediately so that he can get back to being happy and playful. He's quite vocal, and they were so sweet and made sure he got plenty of love in addition to providing excellent medical care. The doctors and staff are all kind and caring. Love that this is an option for us. It's where we will continue to go when he needs help.
We had a dental emergency with my GSD and were looking for a place that did extractions without the price of a dentals specialist. Fox Creek was absolutely fantastic. We had never been seen here before and they got her in within 3 days and had the extraction 2 days later. The staff was amazing and the after care instructions they sent with my husband were incredibly thorough. I was having a hard time finding anyone to ballpark a price as well as get us in soon and I’m so grateful for them. 10/10 recommend and will be seeing them again
Fox Creek is absolutely amazing. We have been to several vets over our many years of pet ownership. They are top notch at Fox Creek. Kind, empathetic, take time to explain things. We feel as though they truly care about our dog. He has had multiple issues, and Dr. Esser has been outstanding in her care. The techs are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Both the techs and the Dr's are accessible both during office visits as well as over the phone. We cannot say enough positive things about Fox Creek at Manchester. So grateful to have found them.
My Great Dane woke up with hematomas in both ears. Fox Creek got her in immediately (I had never been). Upon arrival the facility is clean, calm, and friendly front desk staff.
From beginning to end, Brooke and Dr Esser took fabulous care of my baby and made sure to communicate before EVERY step that was taken! I highly recommend! We WILL return!
Fantastic office and staff! Had to take my dog in because she hurt her leg jumping up on the furniture and was limping and not putting any pressure on it. I called Fox Creek. They got me in the same day and of course by the time we got there, she was acting totally fine so they took a quick peek at her didn’t even charge me! Highly recommend this place I will be back!
