Associate Veterinarian – Flexible Schedule Opportunity
Location: Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Manchester, MO
Our Manchester hospital is growing, and we’re adding a full-time or part-time veterinarian to the team. Manchester, Wildwood, and Kirkwood operate as one connected St. Louis-metro network of full-service companion animal practices, so this role is designed to flex around you: full-time or part-time, rooted at one hospital or split between a few, on whatever schedule fits your life.
What to Expect:
- Compensation: A flexible pay structure built around what matters most to you and the schedule you want, whether that’s base salary, hourly pay, or tier-based production.
- Bonus: A sign-on bonus is available and scaled to your experience and schedule preference.
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time, with 6- or 12-hour shift options and the ability to float between Manchester, Wildwood, and Kirkwood. Some weekend and urgent care shifts are part of the rotation, but there’s no overnight or on-call work.
- Hours of Operation: Open daily, Monday through Sunday, from 8:00am to 8:00pm
Job Responsibilities: As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll handle general medicine and surgery and be comfortable performing procedures like spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, plus some urgent care cases along the way. Beyond clinical skill, we’re looking for someone who communicates well, treats clients with genuine compassion, and works smoothly with the rest of the care team.

Who We’re Looking For: We want a veterinarian who’s genuinely drawn to both the medical and surgical sides of the job and who’s comfortable stepping into urgent care cases when needed. Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program), active Missouri veterinary license in good standing, or the ability to obtain one, current DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one, willingness to float between locations and take on urgent care hours, including weekends
